Warlock is an Engineer of the Skraer clan

The Warlock Engineers of the Skryr clan are constantly experimenting, creating new and increasingly powerful weapons of mass destruction. They often steal military vehicles of other races in order to "improve" them in their own way. Almost inevitably, this means the inclusion of warpstone-based mechanisms in the design, which increase the destructive power of the weapon, but at the same time make it much less reliable. Sophisticated devices of Warlock Engineers allow them to see the ever-changing winds of magic and use their power for their own destructive spells.
